Our next release, 2.1, includes some dump/load features. So you will be
able to create an empty repository and then upload a dump file that
implements your structure.

There is an existing request for what you want:

I do envision adding something like this, but we need to get the generic
Load interface into a release first. So maybe we can get to this in 2.2.

We have some rough ideas for providing some UI and features around hooks,
but it has not bubbled to the top of the backlog yet.
