where can I get the 1.6.x command line svn client version

Message Hi,
I've noticed that the svn client upgrade from 1.6 to 1.7, has significant changes to the workspace structure.
It seems that one of the softwares(mentor hdl designer) I use that interfaces with the svn, doesn't work well when svn 1.7.2 is installed.
and I want to downgrade to 1.6, till they will solve the problem.
Can you tell me where can I download the 64bit and 32bit versions of the 1.6.x svn client command line?
