Problem using repository templates

Message Hello,

I was trying to use repository templates, but did not succeed to create a working template.
The CollabNet Subversion Edge server is installed on a Win2k3 platform.
Here are the steps I follow:

- I create a new repository "esf-tmpl" (using basic template "Create standard trunk/branches/tags structure"); repositories are created in E:\SvnRepositories

- I copy a script post-commit.cmd in folder E:\SvnRepositories​esf-tmpl\hooks

- I create a zip file containing folder E:\SvnRepositories\esf-tmpl and all its content

- In the console, I select Repositories/Manage Templates/New Template

- I give the new template a name, select the zip file created two steps ago, and save the whole thing

- I create a new repository named "test" using the fresh-new template

In the new repository "test", the structure trunk/branches/tags does not exist. Nore do I find the post-commit.cmd file in the hooks folder.

Is there anything wrong in the steps I follow? Or is this a bug?

The official documentation says that a template can be a "Zipped archive of the contents of a repository". Does that mean that the zip file contains:

- The folder of the repository on the server and all its content?

- All the content of the repository on the server (=without the root folder)?

- Anything else? :)

This is not very clear to me, and I would be grateful for any help! :)

By the way, I tried to send emails to 'XXXX@XXXX' (I get an error message in the console yesterday), but that did not seem to add a post in the corresponding discussion, is there any other way to send the details and stack trace?
