Help with Subversion 1.5 and LDAP Authentication

Message For sometime we have been running Collabnet Subversion 1.4.6 using Apache 2.0.58 with LDAP for authentication. Yeasterday we uninstalled our existing version of Subversion hoping to replace it with Subversion 1.5 using Apache 2.2.8 - on a Windows Server 2003 R2 with Service Pack 2. However after finalizing setup and modifying httpd.conf to include our LDAP settings we have not been able to successfully use LDAP Authentication. If we remove LDAP Authentication we can access subversion without a problem.

So far we have tried using the build of Apache that comes with Subversion 1.5, we have tried using a downloaded version of Apache 2.2.8 with the Modules from Subversion 1.5, However it consistantly fails with the following error:

Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.8.0, faulting module wldap32.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x00007b10.

Our LDAP Configuration:

Has anyone had any luck using LDAP with Subversion 1.5 and Apache 2.2.8?
