SVN edge 2.3.0 View VC using wrong userID

Message Hi there,

I am evaluating the Subversion Edge 2.3.0 and face an issue. Here is the steps:
1. Log in as User 1
2. Go to repository and attempt to view the directory
3. Browser initiate ViewVC as log in User 1
4. Close ViewVC using the cancel button [X]
5. logout Edge
6. Login Edge using User 2
7. Go to repository and initiate ViewVC.
8. ViewVC is logged in as User 1 instead of User2
9. It seem like the User1 session is still active.
10. Need to clear cookies and all browsing data, close the browser and open a browser window in order to initiate as User 2.

I think it is a bug. Am I correct?
