dump / load on new server

Message I'm trying to move my svn tree from an old server to a new one. The old server is using Collabnet's SVN Server 1.3.2. The new server is using Collabnet Subversion Edge 2.2.1.

I did an svnadmin dump on the old server into a file, then on the new server an svnadmin load. It loaded the data ok but I ended up with a double folder like:

svn://RepoName/RepoName/

What did I do wrong? How can I load it so it looks like svn://RepoName/?

I tried moving the folders up one level but the repo becomes unusable.

I tried copying the repodir instead of dumping it, but Discover doesn't see it as a repo dir.

I tried loading via the dos command prompt and through Edge web page tool. Same.
