Message Server administration is a separate function with Subversion. You
cannot even do it using a SVN client. Generally, it involves
configuring the Apache server and typically has to be performed on the
server itself.

What else can I do so I can do all admin and user tasks through the url? (I also installed a windows client and can do all user tasks through the client. I want to know if I can do it through url without installing client)
