Message You need a SVN client to perform version control operations like
checkout/commit. These perform the operations by talking to the
repository via the URL. I assume when you are saying "URL" you mean via
browser interface? No, I am not aware of any browser-based SVN clients
that let you perform version control tasks other than browsing the history.
